Survivors starve in Bihar

The battle for the survival in Bihar is becoming very bad. The shortage of food has made the people to loot. The flood victims who didn’t get the food for more than a week, has started looting the food items and other necessary things from the relief supplies godown. The policeman tried to stop the crows got badly injured. This was happened due to the delay of time.
