Salary cut for Jet Airways employees

Jet Airways, India’s number 1 private airline, has announced the salary cut for the employees due to the decline in business. The management has announced no salary cut for the employees who earn less than Rs 75000 per month, 5% salary cut for the people who earn less than Rs 5 lakh per month and a salary cut of 10% for the people who warn above Rs 5 lakh. But the pilots has opposed the management for the proposal and suggested the management to compensate the salary cut with the other fields of the Jet airways.
