Poor attendance

You might have heard that students are not allowed to write exams when they have poor attendance. I think a similar kind of rule should be brought to politicians in order to make them attend the legislation meetings. I came to know today that there are many MPs who have below 20% of attendance in legislation meetings that is held in parliament. I think a law should be brought to them which tell that those who have less attendance should not attend the nest elections. If there is a rule like that, I am sure that all MPs will give 100% attendance.
