Extra terrestrial lives???

ISRO has claimed that it has found some other life in the space called extra terrestrial life. It seems that 20 km above the earth’s surface, ISRO space balloons have found strange bacteria which do not belong to the earth. So ISRO doubts that some extra terrestrial life may be there in the space. It may be funny for you to read the news. But you have to think the past in which NASA has got many UFO encounters when it sent the satellite to the space. So a real scientist and a person who is having knowledge about science will surely think about this.
