Sweeper turned as a surgeon

This incident has happened in Madhya Pradesh. Ram Charan Balmiki a sweeper in the district hospital in Sagar who did the operation. He has performed an operation for a 3 year old child who was suffering from a problem on the neck. Due to the raise of problem, both the doctor and the sweeper are blaming each other. Doctor says, he asked the sweeper to prepare for the surgery. On the other side the sweeper says, doctor told to perform the operation. The Chief Medical Officer has asked for an enquiry regarding this matter. Entire country is shocked to hear this news. Hope Indian government will take necessary action and make sure that this kind of incidents never happen in future
