Negligence in govt hospital

I was shocked to see a news in TV which happened in Udaipur. It seems that a baby’s right arm was cut due to doctor’s negligence. At least doctors should have taken care of that baby and treated the baby properly. But doctors didn’t care about the baby and as a result the baby died out of several injuries. Parents of the new born baby blame the hospital officials for not caring the baby. This incident has come out as a national level outbreak. Many Medias have come out to help the parents to get justice. No matter whether the parents get the justice, but this incident should never come again.
