Air India officials in strike

With just one week since a disaster happened in the department of Aviation, Air India officials have jumped into a strike due to which many flights were cancelled. The reason for the strike is very silly. It seems that in Mangalore, due to the crash, there was no Air India official to certify the flight to fly from the airport. One of the Kingfisher officials came forward and certified the flight. This happened with the permission of DGCA. When the flight landed in Delhi, the Air India officials refused to certify the flight as it was certified by a Kingfisher official. This was taken to the management of Air India. But before the management could explain the situation, the Air India officials spoke to media about this. For this reason Air India issued a show cause notice to the Air India official. The strike is for this reason and the union is asking them to withdraw the show cause notice. Let’s wait and see what happens further.
