Many experts in this world feel that Indian law is one of the slowest in this world. But though the proceedings are very slow, the judgment will be given at the right time and at the right persons. I can cite Aarushi’s case as an example. Though it took 2 years for the judgment to be pronounced in this case, it is now confirmed that the parents of Aarushi are the convicts. CBI court has ordered CBI to try Aarushi’s parents instead of closing the case. Aarushi’s murder case became very famous in India as the case was one of the most complicated murder cases in India. CBI and the Indian police struggled a lot to find a lead in that case. Finally they came up with the conclusion that there are more chances for the parents to kill their daughter. Though the judgment was delayed, it came at the right time and on the right persons.
