Though CBI court has convicted Aarushi’s parents as the convicts of the case, there are many unanswered questions in this case. It seems that during the post mortem of Aarushi’s body, the doctors found that Aarushi’s hymen was broken, her vagina was abnormally swollen and they found a white substance in the vagina which was later confirmed that it’s not semen. Why was this happened is still an unanswered question. The only strong evidence which nailed the parents as culprit is the internet router activity. It seems that the router was switched on and off frequently at the time of murder and the router was in Aarushi’s parent’s room. Also the blood stains of Hemraj being dragged from Aarushi’s home. Though its confirmed that the murder was an insider’s work, It would be better if CBI find answers to those questions which will bring further clarity in the case.
